At KitHawk™ Sportswear, we offer a variety of services, in which our dedicated staff strive to give our customers the best experience possible. The following list shows the services that we offer:

DIGITAL MOCKUPS AND CUSTOM KITS
We offer a wide range of services, where our customers can select features and customsise to their liking. Each kit is specially made by one of our staff, who ensure that you are happy in your selection, and strive to design a kit to your exact taste.The first service we offer are Digital Mockups. When you purchase a digital mockup, you will recieve an image of your mockup (with unlimited revisions and edits). On all Digital mockups, you can recieve a Sublimation file for and additional £7.50 per mockup.DIGITAL MOCKUPS

• 11+ Mockups (£2 each)We also offer high quality (branded) custom football kits. Our football kits use durable fabrics, often used by brands such as Adidas and Nike. When purchasing a custom football kit, we will make you a mockup with (up to) 2 rounds of revisions. The standard fabric we use is 95% Polyester (blended with Spandex for flexibility and durability). However, for an additional £5 per kit, you can customise your fabric, replicating global brands. We offer T-Shirts, Shorts, Socks, Training Jackets and more.CUSTOM FOOTBALL KITS

• Depending on your order size and quantity, Digital Mockups can take up to 10 days. It usually takes us one day to make your mockup, so for larger orders please make sure to allow the same number of days as amount of mockups you have ordered.
• Custom football kits can take up to 1 month, depending on order quantity. If ordering more than 30 kits please provide 2 months notice.
CLUB PARTNERSHIP DEALS:
KitHawk™ Sportswear offers professional, story-driven football kit design services tailored to clubs of all sizes. Pricing is structured to remain accessible for grassroots and emerging clubs, without compromising on quality or creativity.Single Kit Design
£400–£600
This service provides a fully bespoke design for either a home, away, or third kit, created to reflect your club’s unique identity and values.This service includes:• Two to three unique initial concept proposals based on your brief and input.
• Unlimited revisions based on your feedback until the final design is approved.
• Final production-ready files, prepared to meet the specifications of your chosen manufacturer.Complete Kit Package (Home, Away & Third
£1,000–£1,800
This package offers a complete set of three match kits, designed as a cohesive series with a consistent visual identity.This package includes:• Fully bespoke design for all three kits: home, away, and third.
• Two to three concept proposals for each kit, developed from your club’s brief.
• Unlimited revisions across all kits until you are satisfied with the final designs.
• Final production-ready files for each kit, tailored to your manufacturer’s requirements.
• A 10% discount applied compared to purchasing individual kits.
• Optional goalkeeper variant or matching accessory elements if required.Charity or Special Edition Kit
£200–£300
This service is ideal for clubs seeking to create a limited-edition or one-off kit for charitable causes or commemorative events, where the usage and sales volume may be lower.This service includes:• Two to three unique concept proposals based on the intended cause or occasion.
• Unlimited revisions based on your feedback to ensure the final design reflects your vision.
• Final production-ready files supplied to your manufacturer.
• Lower cost in recognition of limited match use and reduced expected sales.Additional Benefits• A 15% loyalty discount is available to clubs returning for future commissions.
• Flexible payment plans are available, with the option to pay in two or three instalments by arrangement.Royalties
A 2% royalty fee applies to each unit of the official match kit sold by the club.
This ensures fair and proportional benefit for both parties based on the commercial success of the kit design.
However, the option for a royalty buyout is also accepted. For an extra 20% to the additional price, the 2% royalty will be removed.
